SHIPMENT AND RETURNS CONDITIONS

The purchases done in Nina Masai online store are shipped by GLS at the European level.

​

Orders are prepared once payment is confirmed and within the following hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Orders placed outside these hours are processed the next business day. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, no shipments are made. Once the order is placed, an email will be sent to confirm the purchase. When the order ships, an email will be sent to you with the tracking number.

 

Shipping costs

The cost of each shipment will be calculated automatically and will be detailed at the time of confirming the purchase so that it is always approved by the customer before confirming the payment.

At the peninsular level, the shipping has a price of € 4.9 (not including Andorra and the Canary Islands).

Italy, Germany, Austria, Denmark and France: 12€ shipping.

Returns

​

We accept returns of unwashed and unworn merchandise with tags attached within 14 calendar days of receiving the order. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

We take extensive care of making sure that all our packages are securely packed and inspected before being sent. In the event that a detective, damaged or incorrect product arrives, please contact us via info@ninamasai.com within 24 hours. We will arrange a return and/or exchange and Nina Masai will cover the cost for both shipping and return.

If you change your mind during this 14-day period, we offer you the following options:

* exchange it for another product of the same amount.

* exchange it for another product of a greater amount and pay the difference.

* exchange it for a cheaper product and we will refund the difference to your account.

* full refund of the items. (remember that the refund will never include shipping costs).

 

If you have trouble finding suitable packaging, we suggest using the original box your order came in. If the items are received in poor conditions, we won't be able to carry out the returns as requested.

Once a return is approved, the value of the purchase will be refunded by the same method you made the original payment.

 

*Until we receive an item in our office, it remains the responsibility of the customer.

 

How to initiate a return/refund

Send a return request by email to info@ninamasai.com within 14 days from the date you received the product, telling us the order number and the reason for the return.

 

Items must be packaged:

1) In their original condition, along with the accessories included in the original package, and cannot be used, cleaned or damaged in any way.

 

2) With all original tags and packaging.

3) Contact an authorized courier service or local post office and send the package to our address.

 

If you have requested a refund, it will be processed as soon as we receive the order in our office.

 

Orders

Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed and shipped within two to three business days, a holiday may be added in between. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday (except holidays).

A shipping confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide once the order is shipped.

 

For international orders, you will be responsible for import duties and taxes applied to your order according to your country; which are completely out of our control.

Nina masai is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If your package has been lost or damaged, we recommend that you contact the courier service you sent it with.
